Day One
 Arrival at Panama Tocumen Airport.
Meeting with a representative of Investmakler&Co.
13:00–13:30 Transfer to the selected hotel. Accommodation. Depending on the arrival time – introduction to Panama’s landmarks. Walking tour of the historical city center. Tasting of Panamanian coffee and chocolate.
20:30–21:00 Independent dinner in a traditional restaurant in Panama City and optional tasting of Panamanian rum.
23:30–00:00 Free time.

Day Two
 08:30–09:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
09:15–09:45 Transfer to the shipping center, Panama Canal. Meeting with the management of the Panama Canal and terminal operators. Discussion of cooperation prospects.
10:00–12:00 Brief presentation of the canal’s logistics operations, historical background. Overview of the canal’s technical capabilities, cargo zone, innovative equipment, and functionality of storage facilities.
Canal equipment systems. Canal operations, modern automation and safety systems. A unique opportunity to partially pass through the canal on a Panamanian vessel.
12:30–13:30 Lunch on board during the Panama Canal passage.
14:00–16:00 Observation from the vessel of the pilots’ work and the Gatun lock chambers.
16:00–16:40 Transfer to the hotel. Free time.
19:30–24:00 Optional continuation of the evening with an exotic Panamanian dinner accompanied by a vibrant national costumed dance show. After the show, independent transfer to the hotel and rest.

Day Three
 08:30–09:00 Breakfast at the hotel.
09:15–09:45 Transfer to the meeting at the Association of Entrepreneurs of Panama.
10:00–11:00 Presentation of companies and investment projects. Discussion of opportunities for bilateral cooperation — from logistics to domestic tourism. Round table: “Export-import operations. The role of the Chamber of Commerce system in the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Panama as a platform for promoting products to other Latin American countries.”
11:00–12:00 Round table. Financial institutions of Panama. Investment specifics, Panama’s tax climate, and tax incentives. Development of the country’s domestic tourism potential, successful experience. B2B networking for entrepreneurs (representatives of small and medium-sized businesses).
12:00–13:30 Departure to Colón. Visit to the Colón Free Economic Zone.

13:30 – 17:00 Advantages of registering an offshore company. Tax climate of Panama. A brief presentation of the port’s logistics operations, technical capabilities, cargo zone, innovative equipment, and warehouse functionality. Port infrastructure and operations, modern automation and security systems. Visit to the Panama Technology Park and the International Innovation Center.

Days Four and Five
 08:00 – 08:30 Breakfast at the hotel.
09:30 – 16:00 Transfer to the international exhibition.
Sectors: light and food industry, transport, logistics, agriculture, shipbuilding, construction, packaging materials, automotive industry. Work at the international exhibition, exploration of expositions, and negotiations with companies at booths. B2B meetings.
16:30 – 17:00 Independent return to the hotel and free time.
19:00 – 23:00 Independent dinner and rest.

Day Six
 08:30 – 09:00 Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out.
10:00 – 12:30 Organized transfer to the airport.
Departure of business delegation participants.
Extension of the program in Panama is possible upon request.

 The preliminary cost of the program is discussed depending on the number of participants in the group and includes: accommodation for 8 days and 7 nights in a 5-star hotel in double rooms, breakfast, group transportation services in Panama, visa support, invitations for meetings with Panamanian entrepreneurs during the business mission, organization of group presentations, business visits to enterprises, bilateral meetings and negotiations during the business mission, participation and accreditation at the international exhibition as a visitor.
The program can be modified or supplemented according to your preferences.

Optionally, you may extend your stay and order additional excursions in Panama: a tour to the national park, Gatun Lake, and Monkey Island. You’ll experience a real adventure — a boat trip along the crocodile-filled Chagres River to Gatun Lake, where you’ll encounter monkeys, capuchins, cute agoutis, howler monkeys, playful tamarins, sloths, poisonous frogs, turtles, caimans, crocodiles, and waterfowl. This extraordinary journey will leave no one indifferent.
The tour continues with a cable car ride deep into the tropical forest, ascending to the highest observation tower to admire the surroundings and the impressive Panama Canal stretching across the country. Together with a naturalist guide, you’ll observe real sloths, learn what the most poisonous frogs in Panama eat, and enjoy the stunning colors of local butterflies. After the excursion, the guide will take you back to the hotel for an evening of relaxation.
