Corporate Team Building in Qatar

The charm of one of the most mysterious countries in the Middle East will be revealed to you through our corporate team-building program in the capital of the Sultanate – Doha, Qatar. The authentic Arabian spirit, traditional narrow streets of medieval Doha, blend intriguingly with the ultramodern skyscrapers of the Pearl Island and contemporary buildings of the National Museum and the Religious Center.

Program:

Day 1
Arrival at Doha airport and meeting with a local representative. Transfer to the selected 4* hotel in Doha. Welcome gifts. Check-in and rest. Corporate welcome cocktail at the hotel. Transfer to the city pier for an evening cruise in the Arabian Gulf with a Qatari-style dinner. You will experience the magic of the place aboard a traditional dhow — lightweight and sturdy teakwood vessels offering an interesting contrast with the skyscrapers lining the lagoons. Traditional does not mean outdated: the design of the dhow has remained unchanged for centuries, but the interior is fully modern, meeting strict corporate comfort standards. Cruises are good at any time of day, but it is best to avoid the heat, so the cruise departs in the early evening to enjoy the sunset and dine on board. Return to the hotel and rest.

Day 2
Breakfast. Program participants conduct corporate sessions according to their internal schedule. Coffee break and snacks during the session. At 12:30, a light lunch at the hotel restaurant. After lunch at 13:30, participants go on a jeep safari into the desert. After an exhilarating ride over the dunes, you suddenly reach the blue waters of the “inland sea,” Khor Al Adaid — a UNESCO-protected natural reserve. It is a rare example of the sea penetrating deep into the heart of the desert. This calm water area is inaccessible by roads and can only be reached through the sands. In the desert, participants enjoy an authentic dinner by the fire with live Arabian music. Evening activities can include Bedouin storytelling, traditional cooking lessons and preparation of gahwa (traditional Arabic coffee), henna painting, camel riding, sandboarding, beach volleyball, and even ping-pong.

Day 3
Breakfast. Departure for a visit to the “Desert Rose,” the most beautiful crystal grown from sand, water, and wind. The building of the National Museum of Qatar, designed in the shape of this “sand flower,” was created by legendary French architect Jean Nouvel. The design is inspired by Bedouin traditions and can be called Doha’s signature landmark. But it is not only the exterior that fascinates — the museum complex, composed of massive discs, also amazes inside: the collection itself and its presentation are extraordinary. You might feel, once inside, that you have never visited a museum like this before. Opened in 2019, Time magazine recognized it as one of the world’s top places for an engaging visit, highlighting the integration of immersive video screens and dioramas. At the heart of the new complex is a historical building — the restored original palace of Sheikh Abdullah bin Jassim Al Thani. After the captivating “Desert Rose” tour, we proceed to lunch in the heart of Old Doha at the legendary Persian restaurant “Parizia.” The lavish Persian interior will transport your guests into the world of Scheherazade’s tales. The restaurant is located in the narrow streets of the famous Souq Waqif.

This is an incredibly colorful Eastern bazaar, where traditional clothing, antiques, spices, handmade crafts, and souvenirs are sold. Participants may immerse themselves in the local culture, with options for masterclasses in traditional cooking, lessons in Arabic calligraphy, and creating their own Arabic perfumes.

During the market visit, we will explore the district where falcons and all necessary equipment for their care are sold. This is a completely unique world where small birds can cost as much as a Mercedes, with the most valuable specimens imported from other countries.

Return to the hotel. Rest. Preparation for the gala dinner. At 19:30, meeting in the hotel lobby, welcome cocktail, and start of the gala dinner. Show performance and dance evening.

Additional Intensive Activities

Excursion to the Arabian Horse Breeding and Equestrian Center – 5 hours
Al Shaqab is a modern equestrian center occupying an entire city district. We recommend starting the tour with a scale model to appreciate the details and scope. Then, your guide will take you on an electric cart tour around the facility to see the magnificent horses of Qatar, especially those kept in the stables. The horses undergo water treatments, use training equipment, and enjoy spa services. Their diet is carefully regulated and enriched with bioactive supplements produced in Europe. The weight of each horse is strictly monitored. From adorable ponies to perfect white stallions, every horse is impressive.

In addition to the tour, you can arrange riding lessons, observe training sessions and competitions. Furthermore, business sessions can also be organized at Al Shaqab, as the center has several well-equipped conference rooms overlooking the stands of the world’s largest indoor arena.

Mini-Golf Tournament – 5 hours
Qatar Golf Club features lush golf courses built on white stone in record time, becoming a landmark project for Qatar. Experts describe it as a revolutionary and holistic approach to golf development, offering formats for short games, modern training equipment, practice fields, an 18-hole championship course, and a lit 9-hole course designed by renowned Spanish golfer José María Olazábal.

For groups, after an informative tour, participants can practice basic positions and swings on state-of-the-art simulators, then proceed to the practice fields for a mini-tournament. Experienced coaches from various countries will assist. Experienced players can skip the training and go straight to playing for an enjoyable day.

The Enchanted Antelope – 4 hours
Visit a national park and antelope farm to see rare, protected Arabian antelopes such as the oryx and the addax. Their population is steadily increasing under the protection of the Sultan of Qatar. The tour continues with a visit to Sheikh Fazila’s unique museum and a chance to observe traditional camel races, a beloved local pastime.

Desert Safari by Buggy or ATV – 4 hours
The stunning desert lies about an hour south of Doha. Depart early with your guide. The adventure area features scenic dunes reaching up to 100 meters, extending to the sea. Sunrise and sunset offer the most beautiful views, but the thrill awaits all day: ride ATVs and buggies across the sands, enjoy tastings of local Arabic coffee and tea, watch authentic falcon hunting, take photos on camels, visit a Bedouin house, and experience adrenaline-filled dune rides under the supervision of experienced instructors.
