Company in Germany from March 2016 (current), with an account at Commerzbank. The minimum account balance is maintained, and although we did not handle the bookkeeping, it was done properly. We will take over the documentation. The client is ours, and the annual report for 2018 has been filed. For 2016-2017, there were a few transactions up to €100,000 per year—equipment supply (air conditioners, etc.), after which there was no activity. The price is €15,500, with notary and registration fees up to €1,000. All paperwork can be completed at the notary within a week, and you can start using the account. Annual report and tax declaration (submitted once a year) – from EUR 1,500.00.
Timeframe for opening and starting operation of GmbH: 2 weeks.
Required information:
– GmbH name and type of activity.
– scanned copy of the first page of the founder’s international passport.
– scanned copy of three pages of the founder’s internal passport with signature, photo, and address.
Procedure for establishing GmbH and depositing the share capital:
The GmbH founder travels (possibly by proxy) to Frankfurt am Main for 2 days. On the first day – establishment of the GmbH at the notary. On the second day – submission of documents for account opening. Documents for the GmbH organization and account opening are prepared in advance.
The minimum share capital for GmbH is EUR 25,000.
On the day of the account opening, the founder deposits EUR 2,000 in cash into the GmbH account. The remaining amount is deposited later by transfer. Once the account has at least EUR 25,000, the documents are submitted to the commercial register for the assignment of a registration number. Therefore, the owner should be interested in depositing the full amount of share capital as soon as possible. Typically, founders deposit the entire share capital into the GmbH account within two to four weeks.
