On a site of approximately 42,000 m², the construction of a 5-star hotel is planned: 180 rooms and 18 suites. Construction permits are available. A conference center with a usable area of 8,500 m² has already been built and is operational on the site. Before the construction of the hotel begins, a lease agreement for the entire property will be signed for a term of 20–25 years. The annual rent will be €5 million. A turnkey construction package offer is available from a major construction company – general contractor.
