Description

Description The project includes 3 installations with a total capacity of 1533 MW. The installations are located in the northern part of western Germany on the roofs of poultry farms. All installations have been commissioned, connected to the grid, and have been generating electricity since August 1, 2018. Roof rental agreements are signed for 20 years, with an option for an additional 5 years, with a rental increase of 696 from the installations' revenue. The total roof rental amount for 20 years is already included in the price. The fixed electricity price is 1108 cents per kWh. Installation yield: 151,536 euros per year (before expenses of 13,000 euros). Annual operating expenses: 13,000 euros (service contract: insurance, inspections). Total cost: 1,842,624 euros.
