We are interested in acquiring companies in the UAE’s free zones across three verticals: DMCC (General Trading or another license), metals/timber trading, and oil & gas trading. Mandatory conditions — at least one active bank account and a director willing to remain after the deal.

We consider any free zones (for DMCC — the appropriate license), are open to multiple options at once, and welcome the presence of an additional GT license for metals/timber trading companies. We are ready for a swift preliminary review and expedited deal closing.

DMCC — General Trading (GT) or another license

• License — General Trading (GT) or any other within DMCC
• Bank account — at least one active bank account
• Director — remains after the deal
• Options — open to considering multiple proposals simultaneously

Metals / timber trading — any free zone

• Activity — trading in metals or similar (including timber)
• Jurisdiction — any free zone
• Additional license — GT license is a plus
• Bank account — at least one active bank account
• Director — remains after the deal

Oil & gas trading — any free zone

• Activity — oil & gas trading
• Jurisdiction — any free zone
• Bank account — at least one active bank account
• Director — remains after the deal
