Company Registration in Poland
We provide comprehensive services for registering Polish companies Spółka z o.o. (LLC), covering all stages — from selecting the company name and preparing articles of association to obtaining tax numbers and providing a legal address. Through our remote services, the entire registration process is quick and convenient, with no need for in-person presence in Poland. Additionally, we organize the issuance of electronic signatures for shareholders and directors, and handle court registration through the S24 system.
Our service package also includes handling share capital, obtaining tax numbers, registering in the Beneficial Owner Register, and providing a legal address in Warsaw or Krakow. If needed, we also assist with obtaining industry-specific licenses and offer accounting services.
Company name selection and articles of association – we prepare the incorporation documents in Polish. Your task: provide three proposed company names and passport scans of all shareholders.
Electronic signature – we organize remote issuance of a qualified Polish electronic signature (ePUAP) for each shareholder and director. Your task: complete video verification (KYC).
Court registration (KRS) – we file documents online through the S24 system and obtain the KRS registration number and REGON number. No action required from you at this stage.
Share capital – we prepare a statement confirming payment of the share capital, with a minimum of PLN 5,000 (approximately €1,140). Your task: sign the capital contribution statement.
Tax numbers – we obtain the NIP tax number, enter the company into the Beneficial Owner Register (CRBR), and register it for VAT or EU VAT if needed. Your task: fill out a brief tax questionnaire.
Legal address (virtual office) – we provide a registered legal address in Warsaw or Krakow. The first year is included in the price.
Licensing (if applicable) – we offer support in obtaining industry-specific licenses (e.g., transport, labor-related activity, etc.). Your task: provide information about the field of business.
Accounting (optional) – we can provide full accounting services and payroll support.
