Preliminary contracts for raw material procurement are in place. The technical side of the project is ready, and suppliers of components have been agreed upon. The project owner is an experienced biogas plant operator. This company provides €2.3 million of its own equity capital and will manage the biogas plant both technically and economically. The planned completion date for the project is November 30, 2020, provided that financing is secured by December 20, 2019. To obtain bank financing, the shareholders' equity must constitute at least 50% of the project cost. This means that the additional required equity capital must be at least €2.95 million.
