The sale is planned due to the owner's retirement age and lack of a family successor. The sale includes everything as a package: land, building, machinery and equipment, business, and client base. The company's primary activity is the trade of metal rolling products in a wide range. Metal is mainly sourced from manufacturers in European countries and partially from CIS countries. The main clients are German construction companies, metalworking factories, manufacturing enterprises, and private individuals. The enterprise is strategically located in the industrial zone of a large city in western Germany. Close by are: an autobahn exit, a major railway hub with access roads, and a cargo port. The company’s facility, with modern warehouse spaces, is located on a 3,000 m² plot of land. This includes two modern workshops with areas of 1,000 m² and 500 m². The workshops have loading docks, overhead cranes, and insulated ceilings. The company has its own freight transport (2 trucks) and all necessary auxiliary equipment (forklift, metal cutting machine, etc.). Staff and office areas have heated floors and independent heating. The entire property is in excellent, well-maintained condition. In addition to the owner, the company employs a qualified staff of seven people. Due to the reduced activity of the owner, who is already retired, annual turnover has decreased in recent years from €4.0 – 4.5 million to €1.5 – 2.5 million per year.
