Location: Germany Land Plot: A 40,000 m² plot is fully fenced, all roads are paved, and there is a rainwater collection basin with a capacity of 6,000 m³ – all included in the property price and will be the buyer's property. Project: The property is implemented as a GmbH. The existing biogas production plant was commissioned in December 2013 and is in very good condition. Equipment: The plant will be modernized, increasing its capacity to approximately 415 Nm³/h of biogas due to technical upgrades. The biomethane gas generated by the biogas plant is fed directly into the German natural gas network and is sold on a long-term basis at a fixed price. The buyers of the biomethane gas are municipal utilities in a large German city. The contract term is 20 years, until 2033. Raw Materials: The raw materials used are corn, millet, beet, silage from green rye, and grass plants. Long-term contracts are in place with regional suppliers (within 15 km) for the supply of all raw materials. No other biogas plants are located in the immediate vicinity.
